Pizzas by Burno Dinel

Ingredients :

  • 1kg T65 flour
  • 620gr water
  • 16gr salt
  • 15gr yeast
  • 100g olive oil

Preparing the dough :

Place all ingredients (except the olive oil) in the bowl and mix the dough for 5 min on 1st speed  and 7 min on 2nd speed.

At the end of kneading do Bassinage (bathing or drenching water).

When the mixing is done, let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

Shaping the pizzas : 

Divide the dough on 10 pizzas.

Baking

What you garnish the pizza with is a matter of personal choice. Use any toppings you like !

Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 280 °C in Soleo Evo deck oven.
