Bongard on Expo 2019 Beijing

Bongard has been chosen to supply all the bakery equipments of the French Pavilion during the International Exhibition Beijing EXPO 2019, from april 29th to october 7th 2019.

Expo 2019 Beijing opens to the public under the theme “Live Green, Live Better”. More than 16 million visitors are expected on the exhibition that also gathers over 100 official participants on an area covering 503 hectares along the Guishui River.

Already partner during the Universal Exhibition in Milan, Bongard has been chosen to supply all the bakery equipments of the French Pavilion. Located next to the Pavilion, the bakery will be a showcase of the French Know-how and Excellence.

An electric deck oven Orion EvO, two spiral mixers Spiral EvO, Paneotrad EvO and its automatic flourduster Paneodust and two reach-in retarder proofers BFA have been built-in by our technical expert and our local dealer Williams Refrigeration Beijing.

The Bongard “Master Baker”was assigned to assist the bakers that will bake fresh bread and Danish on site during all whole exhibition duration.
