Soleo EvO bakery opening is an electric Modular type deck oven designed to bake all types of breads, pastries and Danish products.

  • Baking area: from 0,5 to 1,98 m² (per deck and depending on model)
  • Useful height per deck:
    -180 or 225 mm (bread deck)
  • Number of decks: 1 – 5
    (only 2 high crown H240 decks for a 5 deck configuration)
  • Baking trays 400 x 600 mm: all models
  • Baking trays 460 x 660 mm: all models

The SENSITIV‘2 touch control comes with Bongard Connect, a new exclusive digital service that allows bakers to manage their equipment remotely.
