Demo program
Our three demo areas will be animated throughout the show by leading names in the bakery-pastry industry.
Our expert bakers Bongard Bruno Dinel, Denis Rebholtz and Marc Masera will be pleased to meet you at our booth for special bread and viennoiserie demos.
We’re also happy to welcome Laurent Bocquet, La magie des pains, Sébastien Lagrue, world champion of “pain au chocolat”, Joël and Jérôme Schwallbach, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, our Bongard ambassadors Tony Doré, Mathieu Dizien and Olivier Chauvin.
On Monday, 27th of January, we welcome Patrick Ferrand, Meilleur Ouvrier de France*, and his team of apprentice bakers from the GRETA CFA Lycée Rabelais in Dardilly. An inspiring meeting to share techniques and tips between generations.
Commented presentations of the volumetric divider for fermented doughs and its VENUS LINE automatic tray loading system by our product manager will take place every day of the show.
Our new Bongard Connect connected service will also be showcased at our stand.
